For pubs, restaurants and hotel bars
Your Christmas party page, live in 48 hours.
It's mid-October. Every office within ten minutes of you is picking a venue this month. We give you the page, the list of those offices, and the emails to send them. You pay only when the preview is right.
Built by Con Doherty, owner of ACES Limerick, who built this exact kit for his own venue first. Taking orders until Friday 24 October so every page is live before November.
Prefer not to fill a form? Email your menu and a photo and we build it from that.

The ACES page, built with this kit. Yours looks like this with your photos and prices.

What a venue gets
Everything a venue needs to fill December.

Your Christmas party page
Packages, rooms, deposits, early-booking offer, vouchers, FAQ. Your logo, photos and colours. Search-engine ready. Hosted for the season, or take the HTML.

100 to 150 local employers
Companies within ten minutes of your door, with the HR or office contact, email and phone where published. Researched for your town, not scraped.

Ready-to-send emails
A three-touch sequence written for your venue, delivered as a click-to-send queue for your own mailbox. Nothing goes out without you.

Ad and social pack
Three ad variants, headline, targeting, and a Google Business post. Spend €10 a day or nothing.
One-off, no subscription.
Add 20 retouched menu or venue photos for €99. Hosted until 1 January.
The maths
Two bookings pay for it. The rest is yours.
What you would spend doing it yourself
- Build a Christmas page on Wix or with an agency: 4 to 8 hours, or €500 to 1,500 and a three-week wait.
- Find 150 local companies and the right person to email: 8 to 12 hours.
- Write the emails and the ad copy: 2 to 3 hours.
- About 15 to 20 hours of your October, or over €1,000 outsourced. With the kit: two minutes and €295.
What the kit should bring in
- 150 emails to local offices at a cautious 5% reply rate is 7 conversations and about 3 bookings.
- Deposits land the week you send: three Friday bookings at €300 each is €900 in the bank before December.
- The page also ranks for "christmas party venue" plus your town, and takes the ad traffic.
Your numbers
Return on the kit: 2x. Your figures, not ours; change any box.
Straight answers
Why pay on approval?
Because you've never heard of us. You see your finished page first; if it isn't right, you walk away.
Where does the page live?
On this domain under your venue's name for the season, with your own branding. If you'd rather host it yourself, you get the HTML as well.
Do you send the emails for us?
No. Local bookings come from a local name. The queue opens each email in your own mail app, pre-written and addressed; you press send. Sixty a day is plenty.
How fast?
Preview within 48 hours of your order. Most are faster.
We already have a website.
Good. This isn't a website; it's the one page your Christmas emails and ads point to, with prices, rooms and a booking button on it. Link it from your site's menu if you like.
I'm not technical.
Nothing to install. You answer six questions, we build it, you open a queue and press send. If even the form is too much, email us your menu and a photo and we'll take it from there.
Our photos aren't great.
Send what you have. The page is designed to carry one decent hero shot. If you want them retouched, the photo add-on is €99 for twenty images.
December is already nearly full.
Then the list is worth more to you, not less: fill the midweek dates, and sell staff gift vouchers to the companies you can't fit. The emails cover both.
What happens after Christmas?
The page stays up until 1 January. The employer list and the emails are yours to keep for next year.
